Our recreation program is offered to girls and boys ages five and up. We run three sessions of recreation programming each season. Each session is eleven weeks in length and our beginner, intermediate and advanced 1 athletes receive progress reports at the end of each session.  To learn more about each class please click on the toggles below. Beginner

$218 per session

This 60 minute class consists of basic gymnastics skills focusing on fun, fitness and fundamentals along with introduction to vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. This class is offered to boys and girls ages 5-7. There are 2 levels to achieve in this program and a progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level.
Level 1 (BLUE)
Level 2 (RED)

Intermediate

$229 per session

This 75 minute class consists of basic and intermediate gymnastics skills. Activities include vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. There are 2 levels to achieve in this program before moving into the advanced program. A progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level.
Level 3 (GREEN)
Level 4 (YELLOW)

Advanced 1

$239 per session

Our Advanced Recreation program is designed for children that display an interest and ability to begin preparing for eventual participation on a competitive level. Training in this program is focused on more advanced body and apparatus technique. Athletes for this class range in age and are selected solely by our coaches. There are 2 levels to achieve in this program. A progress report will be given to each athlete at the end of each session along with a ribbon for those athletes who have completed a level.
Level 5 (PURPLE)
Level 6 (ORANGE)

Advanced 2

$258 per session 

The Advanced 2 program is for athletes who have completed the level requirements in our Advanced 1 program but are not quite ready to move to competitive gymnastics. The Advanced 2 program will prepare athletes for future participation in our competitive program although entrance to the competitive program is not mandatory.

 

 

 

Parkour & Advanced Parkour

$218 per session

In Parkour, participants use only their bodies to move freely through and over any terrain. It primarily involves running, jumping, climbing, and quadrupedal movements. The goal is to develop the fundamental attributes that are necessary for this type of movement, including functional strength and fitness, balance, spatial awareness, agility, coordination, precision, control, and creative vision.
